OVERVIEW
This website, zavely.shop, is operated by ZAVELY ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our store or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our store.

ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to make a purchase.

WHERE WE SELL
We sell and ship to customers in the United States and Mexico.

PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS
We do our best to describe and display our products accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product availability may change without notice.

Our Pet Tracker Collar works with the Apple Find My network and requires an iPhone or iPad with iOS 14.5 or later. It is not compatible with Android and is not a GPS or cellular tracker. Location updates depend on nearby Apple devices and may be less frequent in areas where few Apple devices are present.

PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
Our trackers are designed to help you locate your pet but cannot guarantee that a lost pet will be found. They are not a substitute for supervision, identification tags, or microchipping. Always supervise your pet when trying a new collar, check the fit regularly, and remove the collar if it causes discomfort.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars for customers in the United States and in Mexican pesos (MXN) for customers in Mexico. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers at checkout.

ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or products becoming unavailable. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll issue a full refund.

SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which includes additional rights for customers in Mexico.

Apple, iPhone, iPad, and Find My are trademarks of Apple Inc. ZAVELY is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Apple Inc. All other content on this website, including text, images, and logos, belongs to ZAVELY or its suppliers and may not be used without permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZAVELY is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including the loss of a pet. Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your state of residence.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
